Refunds

At Andy's Toybox, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Our Refunds Policy is crafted to align with Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 of Australia, as well as Parts 6 and 7 of the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy:

  • Our Refunds Policy is applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Faulty Items and Free Returns:

  • In the unfortunate event of receiving a faulty item, we offer free returns.
  • Faulty items must be reported and returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds for faulty items will include the purchase price and original shipping cost

    3. Returns for Incorrect Items:

    • Incorrect items can be easily returned at our expense.
    • Such returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

    4. Returns for Change of Mind:

    • Change of mind refunds are not appropriate reasons for a refund and is ultimately up to the discretion of Andy's Toybox.
    • If a refund is issued, it will be in the form of store credit.
    • Once the order is placed in checkout, it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm both the correct order, address, and delivery fees (if applicable). Refunds due to negligence are not appropriate reasons for a refund.

    5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

    6. Restocking Fee:

    • A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns/refunds.
    • Refunds will be calculated by deducting the restocking fee and the original shipping cost from the purchase price.

    7. Product Unavailability:

    • In the instance that a product is no longer sold or available at the time of purchase, store credit for the amount of purchased goods will be sent out by our team.

    How to Initiate a Refund:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team.
    • Clearly outline the reason for the return, providing any necessary documentation or images.

    Conditions for Refunds:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Any damage caused by improper use or handling may result in no refund.
    • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.

    Important Notes:

    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the outlined conditions.
    • Andy's Toybox does not provide refunds for lost or stolen items.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
