Dispatch Time:

  • Delivery time begins after customers' payments have been cleared.
  • Items are dispatched from our warehouse typically within 1-2 working days after the receipt of cleared payment.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

Delivery Guarantees:

  • We and our delivery partners cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as this is beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the rare event of a parcel being returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate Address:

  • Address discrepancies may lead to product returns. In such cases, a customer care team member will contact you, and a re-delivery cost will apply.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:

  • If you're not present during delivery, a notification will be left to pick up your parcel at the local post office.
  • For Aramex or Allied Express deliveries, arrangements will be made in advance. A re-delivery cost will apply if you're not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver:

  • Ensure the receiver is aware of the gift to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will apply if the parcel needs to be resent.

Delivery Time Reference:

  • The expected delivery time provided by courier partners is for reference only. Delays may occur due to various reasons.

Non-receipt of Item:

  • If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team promptly.

Pick-up and Self-Arranged Courier:

  • Pick-up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse for efficient dispatch.

Undeliverable Postcodes:

  • While we strive to deliver nationwide, certain postcodes may be undeliverable for some SKUs.
  • An extra shipping fee may apply for deliveries to certain postcodes. Orders with no shipment service will be canceled and refunded.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
